Fushi Yami Hibachi n' Suchi

Next time you feel the craving for Asian food think about Fushi Yami. This small place located in the Junction Shopping Center, is the place to go if you are looking for cheep Japanese food. The only thing they don’t have is a chef cooking right in front of you, but the food still taste amazing. Also, if you don’t feel like going out to eat they deliver, but if you get delivery order it soon because the wait is about forty minutes.

The prices range for what you are getting but there isn’t a meal on the menu over ten dollars. All of their meals range from five to ten dollars, and the sushi ranges from two to six dollars but you do get a lot for what you pay for, it was enough to fill my stomach. “I picked the vegetarian sushi, because I couldn’t have meat, and I like sushi.” said Valerie Hays

The drinks they serve are pretty normal, so if you want a fountain drink they have it, but they also have special soda drink from Japan named Ramune. The one I chose was an orange flavor, but it’s not the drink that is so fascinating it’s the bottle. It is a glass bottle with a glass marble to keep the drink concealed. First you use the small cap that comes with it and bunch out the tool you need to get the drink open. Then you take that and push down on the marble on the top, the marble drops and makes the drink smoke a little. It is entertaining for people who have never seen the drink before. The Last thing would be the desert, and they only have one thing on the menu, and it’s a little pricy almost four dollars for the muchi. The muchi has a sweet rise cake shell with your choice of ice cream in side. It is one of the best things you could ever try if you are up for something new.

First on the menu is all the sushi, they have everything from the California rolls that contain cucumber, avocado, and artificial crab, for people who aren’t fond of fish. To smoked salmon rolls for people who are fond of fish. The hibachi section is just amazing. All of the meals in this section come with your choice of rise, vegetables, and their home made souses. You can choose anything from chicken, chicken and steak, or steak and shrimp. Any combination is great and mouthwatering.

The atmosphere is very pleasant. The lights are soft and they have a large picture of a cherry blossom tree. The decorations “Added to the atmosphere, made it seem more formal.” said Evan Minzer. They also play soft music that everyone seems to know. All combined it creates a calming and enjoyable place to eat. The service is pretty fast for being a small place. I would advise though to order both the sushi and hibachi, because the sushi comes right away so once you are done with your sushi the hibachi will be soon to follow. Otherwise you will be waiting a little while for your meal to come.
